"On the Move" Family Wellness Day at Chimney Rock State Park
Saturday, June 2, 11am - 3pm
For decades Chimney Rock has promoted hiking as a great way to stay fit and connect with nature. Join park staff for the 2nd annual Family Wellness Day as they encourage adults and children to get “On the Move” at Chimney Rock and learn how to establish a healthier exercise routine and diet. In conjunction with National Trails Day, they will have guided hikes, health screenings, and lots of information on healthy living from many community partners.
