Girls in Science Coastal Ed-venture

The N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences is offering a Girls in Science Coastal Ed-venture for Rising 7th and 8th grade girls this summer.  


Come explore the North Carolina's Crystal Coast! From their base at the Trinity Center, an ocean-side conference center located in Salter Path, participants will enjoy a week of coastal ed-venture.  Cruise, sail, snorkel, and learn about coastal ecology. Visit the Rachel Carson Estuarine Reserve, troll and dredge on the RV Susan Hudson with Duke Marine Lab, seine in the sounds, and swim in the sea.
